Urquiza physical training in the fall: it takes two to tango? Yes, but we find also ourselves. The majority of us is excited to dance tango. Unfortunately, we often feel while we are dancing and in our daily life our physical limits.
In this course we are working intensively 1.5 hours on our own body and the tango technique. We train improvise and look for an spontaneous movement and response possibility. Every person train for himself - but also sometimes in pairs with another student.
The course is aimed at solo and couples. Classes are held together by Ester y Chiche. Women and men train the technique together in a course, but there will be always a distinction between the following and leading techniques directives. The physical training is interesting for all levels: from beginners to gain a secure position - advanced awareness of your physical performance, or refine your style: "In short, we grow together regardless of level and gender (and when have you had this before?)"
Go for all levels, "Ocho, stretching, posture and technique etc. Participation without dance partners!
